CAFE MANAGER

PT 26-29 £25,481 - £27,741 pro rata 

Fixed term contract until the end of September - Approx 20 hours per week Tuesday - Sunday

For this role you will need experience in managing a Cafe and leading a team, this hands on role takes responsibility for all aspects from optimising sales, food prep, menu planning income, H & H, stock control and ordering all whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service. Job Description

Based in the Historic Eling Tide Mill, this diverse role includes greeting members of the public, dealing with admissions and shop sales, tour guiding and ensuring visitors have a positive visit. An interest in Heritage would be advantageous, but mostly experience in a customer facing role. IT Skills are also essential. Job Description

As part of the ETME you will provide a toll collection service for vehicles passing over the Eling Toll Bridge. With a background in a similar customer focused environment and happy to deal with the general public, you will possess excellent communication and team working skills.
