The Visitor Centre opposite The Mill houses the Discovery Room where you can find more about the mill and its history and also get hands on with one of our interactive models, including hand querns to mill some flour. This forms part of the admission to the Eling Tide Mill Experience. 

 

You can also find the Activity Room, this multi purpose space is where we provide most of our family activities and events (at selected times). See our events page for details of what’s on. But is also offered to groups who have booked a visit for Food and refreshments.

Education visits are also offered use of this space as part of their visit and the room can be used as a base or to eat lunch.
